DESCRIPTION

CADAC pizza stones are crafted from heat-resistant cordierite (up to 300°C) that draws moisture from dough for crisp crusts. Available in standard (30/40) and Pro (30/40/50) models, they feature 12mm thick stones with heat spreaders for oven-like results. Perfect for pizzas, bread, and pastries on gas/charcoal BBQs or electric ovens. Pizza stone 40 includes chrome plated wire holder.

Pro models include storage bags and offer larger cooking surfaces.
